Good to see Charlie doing well on his casting skills , so he set up a maggot feeder on a feeder rod with my help

then 2nd attempt he flicked it just behind some Lilly pads with 4 maggots on the hook

didn't take long before charlie jumped from his seat as them rod bent around very quickly

15 minutes later and in the landing net a cracking common carp

then I heard that Lawrence had a nice fish also
